(a) The district is governed by a board of seven voting directors. Four directors are elected as provided by Section 3845.052 and three directors are appointed as provided by Section 3845.053.(b) Elected directors serve staggered terms of four years.(c) Appointed directors serve three-year terms and may be appointed for subsequent terms.
