(a) Section 375.071, Local Government Code, does not apply to the district.(b) One-half of the board constitutes a quorum.(c) Except as provided by Section 3847.152, a concurrence of a majority of a quorum is required for any official district action.(d) Nonvoting directors are not counted for the purposes of establishing a board quorum.
