In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'City' means the city of McLendon-Chisholm.(3) 'District' means the Triple Creek Municipal Management District.(4) 'Improvement project' means a program or project authorized by Section 3851.102, inside or outside the district.
