To protect the public interest, the district may contract with Travis County or the City of Pflugerville for the county or city to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 447 (S.B. 1836), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
