In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'Director' means a board member.(3) 'District' means the Chambers County Improvement District No. 1.(4) 'Extraterritorial jurisdiction' has the meaning assigned by Section 42.021, Local Government Code.
