(a) Each director shall qualify for office as required by Subchapter D, Chapter 375, Local Government Code.(b) Each director shall meet the qualifications provided by Section 375.063, Local Government Code, for the area in the director district that the director represents.(c) A person may not be appointed as a director or continue to serve as a director unless the person satisfies the requirements provided by Section 375.063, Local Government Code, for the area in the director district that the person is appointed to represent.
