In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'City council' means the governing body of the City of Dripping Springs.(3) 'Commissioners court' means the Hays County Commissioners Court.(4) 'Director' means a member of the board.(5) 'District' means the Driftwood Economic Development Municipal Management District.
