The members of the board serve at the pleasure of the governing body of the City of Kennedale. The governing body may remove any board member by majority vote. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 172 (H.B. 1300), Sec. 1, eff. May 27, 2009.
