In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Dallas.(3) 'District' means the Trinity River West Municipal Management District.(4) 'Improvement project' means a project authorized by Section 3871.102:(A) inside the boundaries of the district; and(B) in areas outside but adjacent to the boundaries of the district if the project is for the purpose of extending public infrastructure improvements beyond the district's boundaries to a logical terminus.
