In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Forney.(3) 'Commissioners court' means the Commissioners Court of Kaufman County.(4) 'County' means Kaufman County.(5) 'Director' means a board director.(6) 'District' means the Kaufman County Parks Improvement District.(7) 'Park' includes any land, including any improvements to the land, that is located in the district or owned or leased by the city for use of the general public.
