(a) The district is governed by a board of five elected directors.(b) Except as provided by Section 3877.052, directors serve staggered four-year terms, with two or three directors elected in even-numbered years on the uniform election date in May prescribed by the Election Code.(c) Section 54.102, Water Code, applies to directors.
