In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Celina, Texas.(3) 'County' means Collin County, Texas.(4) 'Development agreement' means the development agreement between the city and Celina 682 Partners, L.P., initially effective June 11, 2007.(5) 'Director' means a board member.(6) 'District' means the Mustang Ranch Municipal Management District No. 1.
