(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors composed of:(1) two directors appointed by the governing body of the city;(2) one director appointed by the governing body of the city who is an employee of the Prosper Independent School District;(3) the city manager; and(4) the city's chief financial officer.(b) An appointed director serves a term of four years.
