The district may issue bonds or other obligations payable wholly or partly from ad valorem taxes, impact fees, revenue, contract payments, grants, sales and use taxes, revenue from a zone created under Chapter 311 or 312, Tax Code, or Chapter 2303, Government Code, other district money, or any combination of those sources, to pay for any authorized district purpose.
