In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'County' means Guadalupe County.(3) 'District' means the Guadalupe County Development and Management District.(4) 'Improvement project' means a program or project authorized by Section 3887.102, inside or outside the boundaries of the district.
