The board by resolution may change the district's name. The board shall give written notice of the change to the county and any municipality in which the district is wholly or partly located. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1078 (H.B. 4755), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2009.
