The board shall keep in the records of the consolidated district, recorded in the office of the county clerk in each of the counties in the consolidated district, a consolidation order issued by the board. The board shall file the consolidation order with the executive director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1100 (H.B. 4827), Sec. 1, eff.
