In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Rowlett, Texas.(3) 'Director' means a board member.(4) 'District' means the Rowlett Pecan Grove Management District.(5) 'Improvement project' means any program or project authorized by Section 3895.102, inside or outside the district.
