(a) In this section, 'note' includes a bond anticipation note.(b) A contract the district enters into to carry out a purpose of this chapter may be on any terms and for any period the board determines, including an obligation to issue a negotiable or nonnegotiable note or warrant payable to a municipality, a county, or any other person for the payment or reimbursement of any district costs.
