In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of El Paso, Texas.(3) 'County' means El Paso County, Texas.(4) 'Director' means a board member.(5) 'District' means the Montecillo Municipal Management District No. 1.
