In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'Capital improvement plan' means a plan created under Section 3902.110.(3) 'City' means the City of Heath, Texas.(4) 'Development agreement' means an agreement created under Section 3902.109.(5) 'Director' means a board member.(6) 'District' means the Club Municipal Management District No. 1.(7) 'Financial plan' means a plan created under Section 3902.154.(8) 'Improvement project' means a project authorized by Subchapter C-1.
