An improvement project may include a special or supplemental service for the improvement and promotion of the district or an area adjacent to the district or for the protection of public health and safety in or adjacent to the district, including:(1) a service listed in Section 375.112(a)(4), Local Government Code;(2) tourism;(3) fire protection or emergency medical services; or(4) educational improvements, enhancements, and services.
