The mayor and members of the governing body of the city shall appoint voting directors. A person is appointed if a majority of those members and the mayor vote to appoint that person. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1115 (H.B. 3875), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
