In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Midlothian, Texas.(3) 'County' means Ellis County, Texas.(4) 'Development agreement' means the development agreement between the city and ECOM Real Estate Management, Inc., Trustee.(5) 'Director' means a board member.(6) 'District' means the Midlothian Municipal Management District No. 2.(7) 'Improvement project' means a project authorized by Subchapter C-1.
