In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Midlothian, Texas.(3) 'County' means Ellis County, Texas.(4) 'Development agreement and consent application' means the Development Agreement made between the city and Hawkins Midlothian Development, LLC, and the Second Amended and Restated Application for Consent to Create a Municipal Management District submitted to the city by Hawkins Midlothian Development, LLC.(5) 'Director' means a board member.(6) 'District' means the Midlothian Municipal Management District No. 3.
