In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Pecos.(3) 'County' means Reeves County.(4) 'Director' means a board member.(5) 'District' means the West Pecos Management District.(6) 'School district' means Pecos-Barstow-Toyah Independent School District.
