In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means the City of Dallas.(3) 'Director' means a board member.(4) 'District' means the New Park Municipal Management District.(5) 'Exempt property' means property owned by a governmental entity, including the city.
