In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'Commission' means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.(3) 'County' means Harris County.(4) 'Director' means a board member.(5) 'District' means the Richfield Ranch Management District of Harris County, Texas.
