In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'City' means any municipality in the corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction of which the district is located.(3) 'County' means Parker County or Tarrant County.(4) 'Director' means a board member.(5) 'District' means the Veale Ranch Municipal Management District No. 1.
