(a) To be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be at least 21 years of age.(b) A voting director may not serve more than three consecutive terms.(c) At least two of the three directors appointed by:(1) the City of Palestine must reside in Anderson County; and(2) the City of Rusk must reside in Cherokee County.
