At least 10 but not more than 30 days before the date on which a director's term of office expires, the commissioners court of the county of residence of the retiring director shall designate a successor. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.04, eff. April 1, 2009.
