The port commission shall develop and implement a policy that provides a structure for public involvement. The policy must include:(1) a clear and detailed description of how the authority will seek to actively engage stakeholders;(2) specific actions the authority will take to meet or exceed the requirements of laws related to open meetings; and(3) strategies that include use of the authority's website to make available clear, updated information on issues of public concern.
