(a) As soon as practicable after each election of commissioners, the commission shall elect one commissioner presiding officer and one commissioner secretary.(b) The presiding officer shall preside at commission meetings.(c) The secretary shall be responsible for maintaining and preserving the minutes, records, and other documents of the authority.(d) The commission may select other officers and prescribe their duties.
