(a) The commission shall appoint a tax assessor and collector.(b) The tax assessor and collector shall execute a bond in an amount set by the commission that is:(1) at least twice the average daily balance of the authority in its depository for the preceding year; and(2) not more than the estimated amount of revenues of the authority for any year.
