(a) A district bond issued under this chapter must be:(1) issued in the name of the district;(2) signed by the county judge of Fort Bend County; and(3) attested by the county clerk of Fort Bend County.(b) If the bond is issued with one or more interest coupons, the coupons must be signed by the county judge and the county clerk of Fort Bend County.
