(a) To be eligible for appointment as a director, a person must be:(1) a qualified district voter; and(2) a district resident.(b) A director is eligible for reappointment. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2009.
