A municipality, public agency, special district, or other political subdivision of the state, including the City of Crane, may lease, sell, or otherwise convey its land or an interest in land to the district for consideration that the parties agree is adequate. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with a conveyance, contract, or agreement. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff.
