(a) The board shall elect a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer at the first meeting of the newly constituted board after each directors' election or at any time necessary to fill a vacancy.(b) The board shall elect the president and vice president from among the directors.(c) The offices of secretary and treasurer:(1) may be held by one person; and(2) are not required to be held by a director.(d) The board may appoint as assistant board secretary one or more persons who are not directors.
