The district boundaries are coterminous with the boundaries of the City of Beeville as those boundaries existed on June 6, 1979, and as the district territory may have been modified under:(1) this subchapter or its predecessor statutes, Sections 2 and 8, Chapter 432, Acts of the 66th Legislature, Regular Session, 1979;(2) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or(3) other law.
