A public agency or political subdivision of this state, including the City of Beeville, may enter into a contract or agreement with the district, on terms agreed to by the parties, for any purpose relating to the district's powers or functions. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with a contract or agreement. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2009.
