The district may adopt and enforce:(1) bylaws and rules for the conduct of its affairs; and(2) rules that a municipal utility district may adopt and enforce under Sections 54.205 et seq., Water Code. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2009.
