A public agency or political subdivision of this state may lease, sell, or otherwise convey to the district any of its land, improvements, property, plants, lines, or other facilities related to the supply of water or the collection, processing, or disposal of waste for any consideration that the parties agree is adequate. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with a conveyance, contract, or agreement. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff.
