§ 6913.059

(a) The commissioners court shall issue an order declaring the results of the annexation election.(b) If the order shows that a majority of the votes cast are in favor of annexation, the commissioners court shall annex the proposed territory to the district. The annexation is incontestable except in the time for contesting elections under the Election Code.(c) A certified copy of the order shall be recorded in the deed records of Haskell County.
