The district is:(1) a conservation and reclamation district in Willacy County under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution;(2) a fresh water supply district; and(3) a municipal corporation. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2017.
