In this chapter:(1) 'Authority' means the Lake Proctor Irrigation Authority of Comanche County, Texas.(2) 'Board' means the board of directors of the authority.(3) 'Commission' means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.(4) 'Director' means a member of the board.
