Bonds sold under this subchapter must be for the purpose of:(1) constructing improvements, additions, and extensions to the authority's water system and rebuilding, replacing, or protecting the water system as required to provide efficient service;(2) acquiring necessary sites and easements; and(3) paying any incidental costs, professional fees, and costs of issuance of the bonds.
