(a) Annexation of a separately defined area is not final until ratified by a majority vote of the voters in the defined area voting at an election held in the area.(b) Section 7803.113 governs notice of an election under this section.(c) A separately defined area is a separate election precinct for an election under this section and all other elections for the defined area.
