(a) The board shall elect a president, a vice president, and a secretary-treasurer at the first board meeting after each directors' election.(b) The secretary-treasurer:(1) is the custodian of district records; and(2) shall attest to all legal documents executed by the district.(c) The board may employ an assistant secretary to act in the absence of the secretary.
