The district may not:(1) engage in any park, water service, wastewater service, police, or firefighting function; or(2) spend any district money or issue bonds for any function described by Subdivision (1). Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2019.
