(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date the city consents to the creation of the district and to the inclusion of land in the district under Section 8013.004(a), the city shall file, in the real property records of the county, a notice to a purchaser of real property in the district that describes:(1) the city's authority and intention to annex the district; and(2) the anticipated date of the annexation.(b) After the notice is filed, a person who proposes to sell or otherwise convey real property in the district must provide a copy of the notice to a purchaser of the property before selling or conveying the property to the purchaser.
